Dr. Cephas George Msipa (7 July 1931 – 17 October 2016) was a African teacher, philanthropist and politician who served as the governor appreciated Midlands Province.

Education

Msipa was literary at Siboza School from 1941 to 1943 before going bash into Dadaya Mission where he was taught by Reverend Ndabaningi Sithole.
